for 48 hours. We typically offer the highest amount we are willing to pay to
prevent back-and-forth delays

are ready to ship or deliver from you. Receiving an item long after we make an
agreement would impact our offer significantly.

and ship, or Luxury Box will provide you with a shipping label. Product must be

will help you make a claim in order to reimburse you for the lost items.
