Our physical location is 3073 Peachtree Rd. Atlanta, Georgia. We are located on the upper level of the building with the double glass doors, across from Capital Grille at the intersection of E. Paces Ferry Rd and Bolling Way.

Do you offer private shopping?
Outside regular store hours, we can sometimes accommodate private shopping appointments. Please call or DM to work out the details.
How do you price your items in store?
We determine our prices based on current trends, customer demand, brand popularity, item condition (deadstock or lightly preowned), and recent sales data. We strive to offer fair prices and adjust pricing as needed. If an item increases in value, we will honor the price you see in store.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Cash, and Zelle if needed.
Do you ship orders?
Yes, we ship all orders placed on our website luxuryboxatl.com. Please contact us if you need further shipping details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the US and Canada. We are working on the ability to ship internationally.
How long does it take you to ship online orders?
Typically, orders are fulfilled the next business day pending review. Orders placed on Friday ship the following Monday.
How do I track my order?
After your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. Check the email for your shipping status and delivery updates.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was cancelled, it may be because the item was sold in store or Shopify flagged the order as fraudulent. Please reorder with matching shipping/billing details or contact us by phone or DM if this wasn't a fraud case.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. In select cases (such as purchasing the wrong size), we offer exchanges for up to 30 days with store credit. Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
I have items I want to sell. How do I sell them to Luxury Box?
Please call the store, text 470-495-2010, or DM us on Instagram with a description/photo, sizes, and your asking price. An associate will reply to let you know if we're interested.
Do you offer trades/store credit?
Yes! We can offer cash or store credit for your items, typically with a higher value for store credit.
Do you buy pre-owned items?
Yes, we buy lightly pre-owned items (both sneakers and clothing). We can give an estimate, but items must be brought in-store for condition verification.
If you offer to buy an item I want to sell, how long is that offer valid?
We honor our purchase quote for up to 48 hours. After that, we cannot guarantee the offer.
We agreed to a deal. When will I be paid?
You will be paid immediately in cash or by check upon receipt of the items and successful in-store authentication.
I live outside Atlanta. Do you purchase items that are shipped to you?
Yes, we accept mail-in sales. Simply ship your items to us, and once authenticated, we will immediately send payment.
I sold my item to you. Can I buy it back?
Once a deal is finalized and Luxury Box has possession of the item, you may buy it back at the listed store price.
Do you offer consignment?
