You set your desired payout. We check that we can price it competitively and sell it efficiently; if the price needs adjusting, you’ll see it in the portal before you ship. Once your items are accepted, we send you everything you need on automated payouts.

How selling works

  1. Submit your item through the buying portal — any brand or category we carry, or one you think we’d want.
  2. Ship it or bring it in to West Midtown or Buckhead.
  3. We authenticate it in-house once it arrives.
  4. You’re paid immediately — cash in store, or Zelle, PayPal, crypto, wire, ACH or eCheck.

How consigning works

  1. Submit your item with your desired payout — you set the amount you want to walk away with.
  2. We review it: can we price it competitively and sell it efficiently? If the payout needs adjusting, it’s reflected in the portal before you ship.
  3. Ship it or drop it off. We authenticate every piece before it goes on the floor or online.
  4. It sells to our customers in two Atlanta stores and on luxuryboxatl.com.
  5. You’re paid automatically. Once your items are accepted into the program you’ll receive the details on automated payouts.

Selling and consigning, answered

Selling is a straight sale: you submit the item, we authenticate it when it arrives and pay you immediately. Consigning means we sell the piece for you at the payout you set, so you usually earn more — especially on rare or hard-to-source items — but you’re paid when it sells.

Immediately, once we receive and authenticate the item. In person we pay cash; otherwise choose Zelle, PayPal, crypto, wire, ACH or eCheck.

You tell us what you want to receive for the piece. We check whether we can price it competitively for our customers and sell it efficiently. If it needs adjusting, the updated payout shows in the portal before you ship, so there are no surprises.

When your piece sells. Once your items are accepted into the program you’ll receive the details on automated payouts.
