Orders

Luxury Box ATL reserves the right to decline or cancel any order, for any reason, before it ships. Examples include suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or an item that doesn't pass our final check. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit, added to your customer account, subject to the conditions in our Refund policy. We reserve the right to decline any return that doesn't meet those conditions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Every item is authenticated by our in-house team and guaranteed 100% authentic.
